We have had a truly wonderful year . The dogs have done exceptionally well in the show ring. You can read more about their individual achievements on their own pages but to summarise .
Riqitta Authentic "Rafferty " has been awarded 2 CC's , one with BOB and was Best In Show at the ISBC Rescue Show in November . He has been placed in nearly all his Limit Classes this year . He has sired a lovely litter and a few of the puppies will be in the ring in 2012 . As always he tries his best at every show and always has great fun !
Mayfred Mr Moondance JW " Fergal " had a super yearling career winning 5 classes and coming 2nd four times at Champ Shows . His highlight of the year was qualifying for the JW Semi-final at Discover Dogs . He went to the Semi Final in November and out of 64 dogs he QUALIFIED for the final at CRUFTS 2012 !
Thendara Jocasta " Marnie " had a year that started in Puppy then finished in Yearling . She won BPIB at Birmingham National Ch Sh then carried on her winning ways in Junior to gain enough points at 14 months for her JW . She was rested at the end of the year but we are looking forward to showing this beautiful girl in 2012 and hopefully she will have a litter towards the end of the year from our handsome Rafferty !!
Thendara Lenamore " Lexi " started her show career in Feb and won many Puppy classes as well as BPIB at the ISAE and BPB at MISS and Blackpool & Windsor Ch Shows . She continued winning in Junior classes and gained her JW at Darlington Ch Sh at 13months . If she can behave herself in the ring !! she should have a great 2012 .
Then there is Sumahari Swing Master for Danwish " Nero " our 1st Afghan . He is a real character ! and from the start of his career in October has been very successful . He was BPIS at Afghan Club of Wales and Best Puppy Dog at BAHC & SAC &LKA. We are looking forward to campaigning him in 2012.
I have Judged twice this year and I am grateful to exhibitors who brought their dogs under me . I have enjoyed judging these lovely dogs . I look forward to my appointments in 2012 .
Dooley our Red & White boy keeps whoever is left at home company and enjoys a little bit of agility that we do.
As always where I enjoy all my dogs most is at home and in the countryside where they walk everyday , swimming , running and using their natural hunting senses . Then in the evening it makes me smile as my sitting room is a sea of dogs happily asleep dreaming about the fun times ahead of them !
I go into 2012 looking forward to campaigning all the dogs at various shows and I am excited about seeing some of Rafferty's progeny in the ring .
A big thank you to judges who appreciated my dogs in 2011 and fellow exhibitors who make the show ring a friendly place .
